When you forget your password

If you have forgotten your password, tap (a) on the "Sign in" screen.
"Reset Password" window appears.
Enter your e-mail address to (b).
Tap the [Send] (d).
An e-mail to reset your password is sent.

(c) [Cancel] button
To close the window without resetting the password, tap this button.
Tap the link on the e-mail.

Set the new password following the instructions on the screen.

NOTE:
Password must contain the followings: 8 or more characters Combination of at least three types of characters. (uppercase letters [A-Z], lowercase letters [a-z], numbers [0-9], or symbols) Set a strong password and do not use a easily guessed password. In addition, do not reuse passwords. Keep your e-mail address and password secret from anyone.
