The following causes may be considered:
・Delay in the MFA service
・Malfunctioning of the telecommunication carrier's system
・Settings of the device receiving the SMS message
Take the following steps:
1. Please retry the login process.
2. If you still do not receive the SMS message, please re-check whether your mobile connection is active as well as your device settings.
